Our traditional, comfortably renovated farmhouse "Schrempfgut" is right next door to our Aparthotel-Garni Paradies.

Both of our houses are situated at the start of the village of Flachau in a quiet, sunny position. Only 8 minutes on foot to the "SNOW SPACE"

In our Aparthotel-Garni there are 19 comfortable apartments available.

There is also a lift.

Our apartments are all south-facing - with loggia or balcony.
Enjoy the warm rays of sun after an exciting day's skiing or a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride.

Cable-TV and telephone in every apartment are standard. You can place your valuables in the room safe.

The kitchenette is equipped with gas oven, fridge and coffee machine.
Shower and WC are separate.

Our Aparthotel is also a "paradise" for children. All around the house there is plenty of space to romp around, if they haven't already had enough on the piste. Indoors we have a children's playground for the kids and of course, there's always table tennis!

In case you wish to be pampered by us in the morning, a fabulous breakfast buffet awaits you in the breakfast room!

After an eventful day our relaxation area is just the thing for your body and soul.
Use of the sauna four times a week is included in the price of your holiday!

Those wanting to "get fit" before après-ski can make use of our fitness room.

And best of all, you can use the sauna four times a week free of charge!!

Our rooms are cosy and equipped with every comfort, decorted in country-house style.
On holiday you won't have to make do without cable-TV and telephone.
Of course, there is a shower and WC in every room. You can place your valuables in the room safe. Some of our rooms have balcony - with fabulous views of the surrounding mountains.
