A comfortable and spacious holiday apartment awaits you during your farm holidays in the PusteriaValley. On 95 square meters, families and groups will find four separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bathrooms, a separate guest WC and a comfortable living room with satellite TV.

Summer and winter an unforgettable holiday in the Dolomites

In your apartment in San Lorenzo at the foot of Plan the Corones in the summer you will live right in the middle of a wonderful hiking area. More than 100 kilometres of marked hiking and biking trails crisscross the area. In the winter months you are only minutes away from the ski area Plan de Corones. The distance to the toboggan run is six kilometres and wonderful cross-country ski trails are only about seven kilometres away.

Relaxing holidays in South Tyrol

The apartment on the farm Unterguggenberg with four separate bedrooms can accommodate up to nine people. The interiors – made of wood from the farm’s forest – guarantee an excellent living ambiance during your farm holiday in San Lorenzo/Plan de Corones. Fresh mountain water from our farm spring flows from all faucets. In the morning you will be awakened by the chirping of the birds, before having breakfast on your balcony in the first rays of sun. Here you can enjoy a relaxing holiday with your family or a group of friends in a fascinating setting.

The spacious lounge with satellite TV offers plenty of space for the entire family to play and enjoy snug TV nights. The fully equipped kitchen leaves no wish unfulfilled. It offers a coffee machine, stove, oven, toaster and a dishwasher. The apartment has two bathrooms: one with bath tub, shower cubicle, bidet and toilet and the other with shower and toilet. Even a separate day toilet is available.

In the winter, you can store your winter gear in our dry storage room.

Upon request we offer our guests a fresh bread delivery service.
