A fully equipped kitchen-living room with fireplace with free firewood, which provides additional cozy warmth. A quaint cozy corner bench with large table invites you to sit together in comfort.

1 bathroom with tub, 2 sinks, shower, hairdryer, make-up mirror, towel warmer, and separate toilet.

A lockable room in the garage for your sports equipment such as skis, mountain bike ect. is available.

In the basement is a shoe drying room.

Washing machine and dryer use in the utility room possible for a fee.

The skiing area Brauneck, as well as the cross-country skiing center can be reached by car in 8 minutes. In a 3-minute drive you reach the center of Lenggries.

Experience beautiful hours and relaxing vacations in Lenggries with a winter hike also with snowshoes, sledding and tobogganing on a cleared hut path into the valley, ice sports, paragliding and horse-drawn sleigh rides.
