Kastelruth is a winter jewel in the heart of the South Tyrolean Dolomites

When the largest plateau in Europe is covered by thick snow and the white meadows glitter in the sun, you are guaranteed a perfect winter holiday in the South Tyrolean Dolomites.

From December to April, the Seiseralm offers plenty of well-maintained winter hiking trails, 60 km of ski slopes, 80 km of cross-country trails, a snow park, several natural toboggan runs and lots of fun in the snow. Horse sleigh rides are also possible here.

Culinary

The day begins with an enjoyable alpine “good morning experience” of local specialties, mainly from local producers.
The products have a strong regional reference, emphasizing freshness, quality and mountain and wild herbs.

Owner and boss Michael creates contemporary compositions with his kitchen team and can fulfil all culinary wishes, whether alpine South Tyrolean delicacies, Mediterranean specialties or vegetarian and light dishes. A true heaven for the gourmand.
