Our house was furnished with great attention to detail and will convince you with the comfort in every single apartment.

Located in the middle of the three popular holiday regions Saalbach Hinterglemm, Zell am See-Kaprun and Saalfelden-Leogang, you can enjoy exploring numerous areas with us.

In summer you can start directly from our house on the Glemmtal cycle path. You decide: The selection of bike and hiking trails ranges from short, flat paths to difficult tours, tricky single trails or exciting downhill routes.
There are of course plenty of alternatives to hiking and biking in the area.

In winter you have the opportunity to explore the Zell am See ski area with the zellamseeXpress gondola, newly built in 2019 (only 200 m from us), or the free ski bus (only 30 m from us) takes you to the Skicircus Saalbach / Hinterglemm / Leogang / Fieberbrunn in just five minutes. With the ALPIN CARD you have 408 kilometers of slopes and 121 facilities at your disposal!
A special highlight: The long and beautiful slope No. 168 from the Schönleitenlift to Viehhofen ends right in front of our house, so even your car can have a holiday with us :).
Aside from the slopes, our winter sports region also has a lot to offer.

In the immediate vicinity you will find facilities such as a supermarket, restaurants, bank, ski rental, ski school, tourist office and bus stops.

Accessible to all guests there is a large lounge for cozy get-togethers and a ski room with a boot dryer and bike cellar.
The little children's eyes will shine when they discover the public playground behind our house.
