The day begins with an enjoyable alpine “good morning experience” of local specialties, mainly from local producers.
The products have a strong regional reference, emphasizing freshness, quality and mountain and wild herbs.

In the summertime the Solaia’s guests enjoy in our restaurant a small and diverse delicacy menu with antipasti, cold and warm regional South Tyrolean delights, snacks, aromatic desserts, speciality ice cream and coffees.

In the Solaia garden, with a picturesque view of the Dolomites and a herb garden, everything tastes twice as good.
