In the summertime the Solaia’s guests enjoy a small and diverse delicacy menu with antipasti, cold and warm regional South Tyrolean delights, snacks, aromatic desserts, speciality ice cream and coffees. The chef also surprises with hot seasonal daily specials.
In the “Solaia garden”, with a picturesque view of the Dolomites and a herb garden, everything tastes twice as good.
