Herbal courses in Schmirn

New in 2021 via the Schule der Alm are the herbal courses in the revitalised Alpine Flower and Herb Garden in the mountaineering village of Schmirn.

Here you can do something meaningful and learn new things about gardening, herbs and alpine plants in wonderful surroundings and good mountain air. Together with herbalist Elli Mayr, the harvested treasures are professionally processed in various ways and various delicacies are prepared (e.g. dandelion honey, herbal salt, tinctures, healing ointments, syrup, pesto,...). You will not only learn a lot about herbs, but also about the people of Schmirn and their way of life.
