We accept cash payment, checks, EC and current credit cards (Visa or Mastercard). Payment with American Express and Diners Club isn’t possible.

Our prices are dynamic and depend on the period and demand of the moment.

All specified prices are calculated with breakfast and daily cleaning per day and person. The kitchen cleaning costs Euro 29,00.

A local tax of € 2.50 per person per night will be charged for all persons aged 14 and over for the year 2023. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay, can only be paid on site and will be shown separately on the hotel bill.

We would like to inform you that the local tax in South Tyrol will be increased nationwide from 1January 2024. We will inform you as soon as possible about the exact amount per person and overnight stay from the age of 14.
The local tax is used by tourism stakeholders to improve tourism infrastructures in the region. It is mainly used for the maintenance of hiking and biking trails, the development of the public transport network, the preservation of sights, natural areas and museums. It is also used to organise or support small and large events and to co finance tourist information centres.

Reduction for children when in room with parents:

100% -for children up to 1,99 years of age
70% -for children age 2 to 4,99
50% -for children age 5 to 9,99
30% -for children age 10 to 14
20% -for children age 14 to 18

Reduction for adults in an extra bed: 20 % reduction

Surcharge for single occupancy of double room/suite/apartment: 30 % - 70 % per day, depending on the type of room

Check-in and check-out:

• On your arrival the rooms are ready at 3:00 pm.
• Check-out should take place before 11:00 am.
• If you arrive after 6pm, please advise us in advance.

We welcome pets, please advise us in advance. The charge is Euro 18.00 per day (without food). Please note that pets are not permitted in the dining-room, in the Maraias Vita SPA and in the Garden.
