A trail with varied terrain and stunning views of Lake Urajärvi and the Kymijoki River. A good starting point can be found on the beach of Urajärvi. The trail can be walked in both directions. Some interesting places to see along the trail: an old fashioned Finnish village store and Kalmusaari island. In the island you can find campfire site, lean-to shelter and composting toilet. The trail is fairly easy to follow, but there are some differences in elevation.

Ja
You can walk the route in running shoes, but waterproof footwear may be a better choice. There is also some long grass on the route, so long trousers are a good idea.
The trail is marked with blue and white hiker's signs.
In rainy weather, the duckboard walkway can be slippery and under water in places.
Drive along Iitintie road for about 5km until after the village of Radansuu (golf course on the left) turn right to Urjäjärventie. At Urajärventie turn left to Uimarintie.
Free parking at Lake Urajärvi beach
You can start the route either from the beach of Lake Urajärvi or from the Pohjanmäki boat dock.
Stop for a coffee or picnic lunch on Lemmenkukkula hill. You can enjoy the stunning lake views of Lake Urajärvi at the same time.
