The community Topusko is touristically known above all for the spa and the thermal bath Toplice Topusko. The municipality is located near the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina in the valley of the river Glina, a tributary of the Kupa.
The village is located even at 125 m above sea level, but is surrounded by hills to 500 m above sea level.
