Single room supplement EUR 28,- per night in a double room.
Local taxes amount to 2,00 Euro a day per adult and are charged extra (children up to 14 years free).
Covered parking space EUR 5,- per day
Pets (dogs) EUR 5,-per day (in summer) or EUR 10,- (in winter) without food.
Please understand that your four-legged friends are not allowed into the dining room.
Unused facilities cannot be refunded

Smokers – Non-smokers: For the well being of all our guests during mealtimes we only have non-smoking dining rooms. Smokers have the possibility of smoking in heated smoking area at the terrace.

Arrival: Please note that rooms/apartments are only available as of 14.30 on arrival day.
Departure: The rooms/apartments must be vacated by 10.00am at the latest on departure day.

Cancellations:
Cancellations are only possible in writing. The full price will be charged in the case of early departures or late arrivals. The Austrian Hotel Regulations apply in all cases.

Prepayments:
We require a prepayment of EUR 200,- per room for all fixed reservations (in summer) or EUR 300,- (in winter) to be paid into our Raiffeisenkasse Flachau bank account:
